Order Cancellation: Should you decide to cancel your order, a 2% fee (to cover payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the total amount refunded.Cancellation Rights: Kaithari Nesavu Sarees reserves the right to cancel and process refunds for any order without prior customer approval if there is incorrect information or if there are issues beyond our control, such as delays in courier services or manufacturing.Out-of-Stock Items: If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will issue a refund within 7 days. Refunds will be processed via UPI ID or bank account.
